Great, Eat, and Meet (G.E.M.) Groups
G.E.M. (Greet, Eat and Meet) groups are comprised of 5-10 people who meet monthly at a different person's home for the purpose of fellowship and sharing a meal. These could be potluck or where one person prepares the meal and the others contribute to it.

Jesus in Motion (J.I.M.) Groups
J.I.M. groups - These are G.E.M. groups with a focus. That is to say, Jesus In Motion. The group gathers for fellowship, a meal or snacks and can focus discussion on spiritual topics of interest, a Bible study, a book/movie discussion, or the group could be project-oriented.  It's up to the group to decide the direction they want to take. Examples: Your project-oriented group could “feed” the college kids at Chapel of the Holy Spirit one Sunday, or invite a guest speaker on parenting. Your group could decide to make new decorations for Mardi Gras Spirits, or serve in the Dragon Café together.
